Scheduling a photoshoot with Flow Photos is simple. Simply click on the Book Now button on our website. From there you will choose your general location. Choose which services and add-ons you need. You will be presented with the available photographers that offer those services as well as their calendar availability. Pick the date and time that works best for you.

The best time for real estate photography is whatever time that works best with your schedule and the seller’s schedule. West facing homes show better during the afternoon and East facing homes show better in the morning. It may be a good idea for you to visit the property at different times a day before you schedule your photoshoot to get an idea of how the front of the home will look.

We typically have available appointment times for most services next day. We allow you to book an appointment with one of our photographers up to 24 hours before your desired appointment time. If you do not see an available time on our website you can give us a call to see if we have had any cancellations or reschedules.

We charge per job based on the size of the property we are photographing. When you are choosing your services on our booking form, the price will be shown for each service in your cart.

We guarantee next day delivery on real estate photos. The day after your appointment you will receive an email notifying you that your content is available for download. You will be able to preview your photos with a watermark and will need to pay the invoice then in order to download.

The typical real estate photo shoot will take between 30-60 minutes depending on which services you have chosen. We allow up to 60 minutes for photos and up to 120 minutes for photos and video. It usually does not take us the full appointment slot to cover most properties.

When will I receive my real estate photography OKC and other locations?

We guarantee next day delivery for real estate photos. Videos take an additional day for editing and delivery. 3D real estate tours usually are available in one day.

Your real estate photos are delivered to you the day after your appointment. They are accessible in your account and on our app. You can simply log in, pay the invoice, and download to your computer or mobile device.

We can go ahead and photograph the inside of the home and come back for the exteriors when it is nicer outside. We will try our best to fit this second trip into our schedule. You can reschedule the appointment to a day the forecast shows better weather. We can also play it by ear. Weather conditions can change quick.

What do you do in case of rain for my OKC real estate photography and other locations appointment?

We cannot use our equipment in actual precipitation. We suggest rescheduling your appointment if it is raining.

What about cancellations and reschedules for my real estate photography Tulsa and other locations?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason with 24 hours notice. We do not charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee. If it is less than 24 hours you will have to call or email us.

Do you offer drone photography for real estate Iowa and other locations?

Yes. All of our drone photographers are Part 107 FAA certified to fly drones for commercial purposes. We offer drone photography and drone videography services for real estate.

How high do you fly your real estate photography drone OKC and other locations?

We can legally fly our drone up to 400ft but typically do not need to go that high to capture a whole property.

Are you licensed to fly a drone for photography Tulsa and other locations?

All of our drone photographers are licensed to fly drones for commercial purposes.

We offer light photoshop work at no charge. This includes removing small pieces of trash, etc that may appear in the photos. For extensive photoshopping such as greening the grass, etc there is an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

How much do you charge for drone photography OKC and other locations?

Drone photos are free as an add on to your real estate photography. This means you do not pay extra to add drone photos to your appointment if they are booked at the time you schedule. If you are needing just drone photos of land, the pricing is listed when you fill out the booking form. Pricing is always based on the size of the property.

Where are you located for real estate photography Tulsa and other locations?

Our home office is located in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area. We have real estate photography locations in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Iowa.

What is your service areas for real estate photography Iowa and other locations?

Our service area for Oklahoma City, OK includes the whole metro and a 30 mile radius outside the city. For Tulsa, OK we cover an area of up to 30 miles outside the city. In Iowa we cover the areas of Des Moines and Ames.

Who needs to be at the appointment for OKC real estate photography and other locations?

No one needs to be at the appointment necessarily as long as we are provided access to the home via a contractor’s combo box. However the realtor and homeowner may be at the appointment as long as they do not get in the way of the photographer taking photos.

Yes the sellers can be at the real estate photography appointment as long as they stay out of the way of the photographer. All staging, cleaning, and rearranging must be done before the photographer arrives. If upon arrival the photographer sees that there is still preparation work being done, they will suggest that you reschedule the appointment for a different time.

Can the home be unfurnished for my Iowa real estate photography and other locations appointment?

The home can be in any condition for us to photograph. Homes that are staged and prepared will show best in photos. We offer virtual staging services for empty homes for your convenience.
