We have the best professional photography here at San Antonio Real Estate Photography. we cannot predict the weather so if there are any unfavorable weather conditions you have some options. We can go ahead and photograph the inside of your home and come back for the exterior when it’s nicer outside. We will try our best to fit the second trip into our schedule. you can reschedule the appointment to a day that the forecast shows better weather. You can also play it by ear as we understand that weather conditions can quickly change. we cannot use our equipment in actual precipitation though, we suggest rescheduling your appointment if it is raining.

All of our drone photographers are part 107 FAA certified to fly drones for commercial purposes. We offer drone photography and drama videography services for real estate. We can legally fly a drone up to 400 ft but typically do not need to but I had to capture a whole property. All of our drone photographers are licensed to fly drones for commercial purposes.
We offer light Photoshop work at no charge here at San Antonio Real Estate Photography. For instance of photoshopping such as greeting the grass there’s an additional fee. Drone photos are free as an addition to your real estate photography. This means you do not pay extra to add your own photos to your appointment if they are booked at the time you schedule. If you are needing just your own photos of land, the pricing is listed when you fill out the booking form. pricing is always based on the size of the property.
no one needs to be at the appointment necessarily as long as we are provided access to the home via a contractors combo box. However, the realtor homeowner may be at the appointment as long as they are not in the way of any of the photos being taken by the photographer. Yes, the sailors can be at the real estate photography appointment as long as they stay out of the way of the photographer. all staging, cleaning, and rearranging must be done before the photographer arrives.
