Real Estate Photography –
Flow offers full coverage real estate photography with full usage rights to real estate agents, property managers, homebuilders, apartment and assisted living communities, and even homeowners who are selling their home on their own. Professional real estate photography is crucial to the success of your listing on the market because home buyers these days are expecting it. Dull, dreary photos will be skipped over without a second glance, but when Flow shoots your listing, you’re guaranteed to have sharp, bright, striking images that will capture the attention of potential buyers. For every listing, we will do a comprehensive photoshoot, including exteriors showcasing the structure of your estate, interiors of every room, detail shots of those especially beautiful features, and we even do drone photography, at no charge of course, where we can show the layout of your entire property in one shot, or even capture some images of your neighborhood and its amenities. Our photographers are specially trained to capture only the best angles and lighting, and their editing skills are unparalleled. On top of all that, they even have an eye for fantastic photo marketing opportunities. We go above and beyond to fulfill all our customers’ real estate photography dreams.
Real Estate Video –
These days on social media, video is being consumed constantly, so having real estate video for your listing is a great idea for marketing purposes. Flow’s real estate video tours are perfect for social media, and they are produced in full high definition. Our video tours are hosted on Vimeo, which allows you to share an unbranded video link, which is approved by OKCMAR, to MLS. We upload our video tours to one of the biggest search engines in the world– Youtube, and here at Flow, we are all Zillow Certified Photographers, which means that we are able to upload your video tour to Zillow as well at no extra cost to you.
Zillow 3D –
The Zillow 3D tours that we create at Flow can be used on the listing platforms Zillow and Trulia. These tours can allow potential buyers to see a 360º view of each room, clicking and dragging themselves through rooms to virtually explore the entire house. This way, potential buyers can see every inch of the listing before even setting up a tour. When you have Zillow 3D on your listing, Zillow will rank your listing higher on Zillow’s search results as well. You can even share your Zillow 3D tour to social media to help your listing reach its viewing potential. This will also reflect highly on you because sellers like to see that their real estate agents are familiar with the newest real estate technology.
Matterport 3D –
If you are a real estate agent, property manager, or a homebuilder, Matterport 3D tours can take your listing to the next level. If you have a 3D tour on your listing, viewers are 95% more likely to check out your listing. Matterport is different from Zillow because Matterport is actually approved to be used on the MLS, where Zillow 3D tours can only exist on Zillow.com. Along with giving your potential buyers a 3D tour, Matterport can also show them an interactive dollhouse view of the listing where they can spin, click, and drag the house to see all the angles and floorplans of the listing.
