Team Tulsa – Devin & Denise

We are Devin & Denise Woolery and we are excited to head up the Flow Photos team in Tulsa. I grew up in the Tulsa area and have lived the majority of my life in and around Tulsa, graduating from Broken Arrow High School in 2004. Denise grew up in Ontario, Canada and upstate New York before moving to Broken Arrow with a friend after her parents followed their calling to be missionaries to Belize. We met while working at Wal-Mart and a couple of years later we were married. Today, I would say that was one of the best decisions of my life. We have been married for over13 years and are kept busy with our four awesome kids and now a new adventure fueled by a heart to serve the Tulsa area real estate community. The founders of Flow Photos, Ryan and Erin Wells, have done such a great job building a successful Tulsa real estate photography company, we are excited to get it going and carry the torch to help more people have access to high-quality real estate photos in Tulsa.

My background is in graphic design and website development. Prior to real estate photography in Tulsa, I have worked in graphic and website design/development for over 10 years. I love being able to help businesses grow. I have had so many mentors in business and life around me over those 10-plus years and I really enjoy getting those nuggets of wisdom that I know that I can apply to my own business. One of the biggest is to figure out your F6 goals (goals in the areas of Faith, Family, Finance, Fitness, Friendships, and Fun) and break those goals into smaller more actionable tasks. I have a big vision for Flow Real Estate Photography Tulsa and can’t wait to see us hit and break those goals.

I have several hobbies and things that I love doing outside of work. I am a huge golf fan and love playing whenever I can, so if you need a golfing buddy you know who to call! I also enjoy serving on the worship team at our church in Broken Arrow where we have been members for over 10 years. Denise is a stay-at-home mom who enjoys coming up with creative ideas to both entertain and educate our four kids on a daily basis. She loves to share her ideas with other moms who are schooling from home on social media and other platforms.

FAQs

Whose job is it to prepare real estate listings for photos?

All staging and listing prep is done by the listing agent. We are excellent Tulsa real estate photographers, and less than great home stagers. We ask that you have your listings 100% ready to shoot before the photographer arrives at the appointment so that they are able to freely take photo and don’t have to wait or dodge folks while taking photos. For the best results, only the photographer and one other person should be in the home during the photoshoot.

We understand that as a realtor, you and your seller have a lot to do and have a jam-packed schedule. Don’t let that be the reason not to list. Schedule your photo shoot together with your client so they will know the exact date and time they should expect their Flow photographer.

Check out our free photography prep checklist on our resources page to help you and your client make sure that their home is read for the shoot. Email it to your client once you have your appointment scheduled and go over it with them on the phone prior to the photo shoot. Please stress how important it is that the home is 100% photo ready.

Check in with your client 24 hours prior to your photo shoot to see if they have any questions and to answer their questions.

Please arrive an hour early if you think the house won’t be ready for photos – this is your chance to check for out of place objects and rearrange accordingly. The client may think it looks good, but you know they won’t look great in photos.
